  • Creatively utilize all industry research tools (PMB, BBM, BBM RTS, Nielsen, comScore, COMB, NADbank), critical in identifying media habits and usage, and facilitate greater target insight, key in developing the media buying strategy and leveraging negotiations.
  • The briefed team mines / interprets research and develops the strategy ensuring complete alignment of objectives to strategy, resulting in a specific, unified and actionable execution.
  • Reach the right target in an environment where they are predisposed to the message, at a frequency that will ensure retention - best practices and innovative opportunities are married with insight and experience.
  • Post-strategy development, media suppliers are briefed and engaged with our objectives and efficiencies are negotiated by leveraging competitive strengths, creativity, delivery of weight levels.
  • Integrated planning and buying process, managed by senior personnel fully conversant with market trends influencing supply / demand, and long-standing, positive media supplier relationships.
  • Monitor performance throughout the campaign ensuring achievement of all key metrics (i.e. value, reach, frequency, impressions, acquisitions, engagement, purchase, programming, placement).

In 2012, Yorkdale Shopping Centre celebrated two-significant grand openings with the unveiling of Dine on 3, Yorkdale's Food Collection in June and a 145,000 s.f. retail expansion in November. Many of the new stores opening at Yorkdale were first-to-Canada. We partnered with Media Dimensions to ensure we would deliver strategic and tactical media campaigns that would build awareness of the new brands and meet our sales and traffic objectives.
